Jason’s practice focuses on a variety of transactional matters for his clients which include world famous musicians, bands, start-ups, and closely held businesses.  He specializes in handling business transactions, estate planning, and intellectual matters. His practice includes advising clients regarding intellectual property matters such as the creation, protection, registration, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights.  Jason also represents corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and joint ventures in major business transactions.  He also represents high net worth individuals with estate planning matters.  Jason was previously an associate with the national law firm, Holland & Knight.
